A blog about what daily life was really like in the Middle East and the daily ramblings of an ex-pat mum. That's how I started the blog. We are now home, so I'm just going to continue with life here. I am a deeply committed Christian. I love to teach about and share my faith so you'll see some of that on the blog as well. Got a comment? Please feel to comment at the end of a post. May our Creator's peace be upon you.

111

111 days until I board the plane with the munchkins for the home country. But, in the mean time.....

My cousin and his wife will be here in about 3 weeks. While they are here, we're gonna go ALL over. We're especially excited about showing them Oman. I can't wait.

Munchkin #2 is running a fever, so it's been a quiet day. Munchkin #1 and I made it out for a bit and down to the beach to kick the ball around. Lots of people laying on the beach, but folks don't seem to be swimming much yet. The water looked lovely.

The husband stays busy with work which is a good thing. He seems to be pretty happy.

Well, I can smell the banana bread just out of the oven; the husband and munchkin #1 have been busy baking.
