A blog about what daily life was really like in the Middle East and the daily ramblings of an ex-pat mum. That's how I started the blog. We are now home, so I'm just going to continue with life here. I am a deeply committed Christian. I love to teach about and share my faith so you'll see some of that on the blog as well. Got a comment? Please feel to comment at the end of a post. May our Creator's peace be upon you.

So where to next?

Well, I may not know where I'll be living in a few years, but my family is already thinking about the next vacation. I'm voting for a weekend at Dibba or Fujeriah (I may not have spelled this correctly) to do some more snorkeling. But, I want to get 'skins' for me and the munchkins (and the husband if he wants) in case we encounter more jellies!

We also are already talking about where to go for Eid this year. I'd love to go spend time roaming Northern Europe or get wet in the Maldives. Sigh, good stuff to dream about. And if we have to live far from family, at least we get to roam the world a bit.
Peace.
